Board of Assessors approves exemptions, denies three real estate abatements.

Wilbraham Board of Assessors approves exemptions and motor vehicle abatements. Chairman John Wesolowski and Board Member Lawrence LaBarbera voted unanimously to approve nine FY2026 real estate exemption applications totaling $10,789 in tax exemptions, and to grant 109 motor vehicle and trailer excise abatement applications across fiscal years 2023 through 2026 totaling $23,248.25. Principal Assessor Christopher Keefe informed the board that fiscal year 2027 will trigger a quinquennial revaluation for Wilbraham.

The board also signed three Warrants to Collect totaling $20,056.81 and denied one real estate and four motor vehicle excise abatement applications.
