Wilbraham Advisory Board of Health recommended the town hire an additional health agent. The board voted to recommend the Select Board streamline regional public health permitting processes and consider staffing additions to Eastern Hampden Shared Public Health Services. Health Director Ryan Paxton reported the director spends 40 hours monthly on septic work, limiting capacity, while the health inspector focuses mainly on food inspections.

The board continued discussion of opioid settlement fund priorities, considering sober housing scholarships at Silver House at $165 per week, and directed inquiry to the WPD Mental Health clinician on local recovery support needs.
