Building Utilization Committee considers Memorial School scenarios.

WILBRAHAM — The Wilbraham Building Utilization Committee reviewed three development scenarios for Memorial School in a workshop session. All eight members present unanimously approved prior meeting minutes. Committee member Jeff Smith reported that Mass Dev Corp, currently engaged with the former Monson State Development Center campus, has toured Memorial School in response to a Request for Information and may become a development partner.
Brittany Meece led the workshop exploring a municipal complex, community center, or mixed-use option; members shared feedback. The committee next meets March 31, 2026, and is coordinating a cross-committee workshop for one date between June 1 and 6, 2026.
