WILBRAHAM — Building Utilization Committee approves prior minutes and discusses consolidating three municipal properties into a single Request for Information. Committee members present were Megan Eischen, Paul Kukulka, Jennifer Leydon, Brittany Meece, James Rooney, Brad Senft, Jeff Smith, and Stanley Soja, with Select Board Member Sue Bunnell attending. Jennifer Leydon reported on the Little Red School House RFI and a potential holdup regarding the former police building now used by Information Technology.
Jeff Smith noted Massachusetts Development suggested consolidation might appeal to developers. Brittany Meece outlined Workshop #6 focusing on feasibility and scenarios including a municipal complex, independent town functions, selling Memorial, and a recreation complex. The committee scheduled its next meeting for April 16, 2026.
