Building Utilization Committee sets June 3 date for cross-committee workshop.

WILBRAHAM — Building Utilization Committee schedules June 3 cross-committee workshop on municipal-building futures. The committee approved four scenarios for presentation: consolidating Town Hall, Parks and Recreation, Water and Sewer, and IT at Memorial; maintaining status quo with Parks and Recreation at Memorial; selling multiple municipal buildings; or creating a Community Recreation Center. Committee members Jeff Smith and Megan Eischen will lead session introductions.

The committee also reviewed 21 responses from a Community Pulse Survey and discussed a Community Preservation Act application for a Memorial boiler replacement.
