Conservation Commission approves wetland restoration order after continued hearing.

Conservation Commission · Meeting of May 18, 2026

Wilbraham Conservation Commission approves Order of Conditions for 792 Tinkham Road single-family dwelling and wetland restoration. Chairman Christopher Brown and commissioners voted 5-0 to close the public hearing and issue conditions within 21 days after revised plans increased tree and shrub density in the remediation area. A site visit will follow woodchip removal to determine whether additional restoration is needed, with applicants required to hire an expert if soil disturbance warrants it.

A separate 5-0 vote continued Mark Jurkowski's request to substitute stainless steel posts for concrete permanent markers at 975 Stony Hill Road to June 8.
