Conservation Commission continues hearing on Tinkham Road project

Conservation Commission · Meeting of March 16, 2026

WILBRAHAM — Conservation Commission postpones Tinkham Road hearing. The commission voted unanimously to continue the Notice of Intent for a single-family dwelling and wetland restoration project at 792 Tinkham Road to April 13, 2026 at the applicant's request. Several adjacent property owners attended and raised concerns about the project, planning to address stormwater issues with the engineering department before the next hearing.

The commission also approved research on rare Sphagnum consortium at White Cedar Swamp, determining it would not impact wetlands.
