Capital projects likely to advance for funding include the Stony Hill Road/Springfield Street intersection sidewalk ($483,000 net after two grants totaling $1.017 million), additional Stony Hill sidewalks ($600,000), and an array of smaller initiatives totaling approximately $2.5 million.
