WILBRAHAM — Select Board enters executive session on confidential legal matters. Chair Michael A. Squindo, Vice Chair Marc Ducey, and Clerk Susan C.
Bunnell voted unanimously to enter closed session to discuss confidential matters under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 214, Section 1B, with Squindo declaring that open discussion could harm the board's bargaining, negotiating, or litigating position. The board adjourned from executive session; no further business was recorded.
